Please Consider Joining Friends of Lorenzo Bull House Today!

The 16th and Maine intersection has been noted by the National Historic Trust as being one of the most architecturally significant intersection in the country. Lorenzo Bull was a founding father of Quincy and like John Wood was instrumental in making Quincy a major City of Illinois in the 1800’s.

Our Board is excited to not only make sure this historic house is maintained but to expand the plantings on the grounds to make it the first of the Quincy parks to focus on horticulture and create flower beds for the public to enjoy. There are many levels of membership for your consideration. As a member, you will be invited to future events and activities hosted at the Bull House. You may also indicate your interest in being a tour guide or helping in the planting and maintenance of the garden.
