The grounds of the Lorenzo Bull Park were designed by a prominent landscape architect by the name of Ossian Cole Symmonds. The plan is to bring back some of the landscaping and create a sculpture garden.  Meandering paths with park benches and peaceful reflecting areas, highlighted by interesting artwork will enhance the park space. A proposed pavilion, additional parking, and amphitheater type space is part of the ultimate plan.
